Gerani gialli - Yellow Pelargoniums

  Arrivato dopo anni di selezioni, il geranio giallo ha un portamento compatto, internodi serrati e foglie con peduncoli molto lunghi.

  In realtà l'unica varietà veramente gialla è PAC First Yellow, mentre T&M Yellow, Butterball, Vanilla Ice, Botham's Surprise e Creamery sono giallo pallido.

  Il First Yellow (Botham's Surprise X KLEPZ05148), si distingue dalla pianta madre Botham's Surprise oltre che per il colore anche per il portamento più compatto, la fioritura più abbondante e precoce ed i peduncoli delle foglie più corti.

  Mr. Cliff Blackman (Australia) ci ha regalato bellissimi cultivar con fiori molto grandi e doppi, gialli o gialli soffusi di arancio chiaro.

 Arrived after years of selection, yellow pelargonium has compact, tight internodes and leaves with very long stems.
 The only truly yellow variety is PAC First Yellow, while T & M Yellow, Butterball, Vanilla Ice, Botham's Surprise and Creamery are pale yellow.
 First Yellow (Botham's Surprise KLEPZ05148 X), distinguishes itself from the mother plant Botham's Surprise for its color and the more compact, abundant and early flowering well as the shorter stalks of the leaves.
Mr. Cliff Blackman (Australia) has given us beautiful cultivar with very large double flowers, yellow or yellow suffused with light orange.
